We founded Rumman Oriental Carpets with one principle in mind - providing an incredible shopping experience for our customers. EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

 

GENERAL RULES

​

Exchange\Return of products is available in relation to products sold through our website. However, certain requirements must be met as follows:

 

  • Exchange and return requests should be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order. And in all cases, no later than one month from the date of placing the order. Any exchange or return requests submitted after such deadlines will not be honored.  

  • The item should be in good condition and not used, with the original tag attached.

  • The item should be sent to us in the same condition that it was delivered to you.

  • Items sent back to us must have the same dimensions as when they were originally shipped. For example, a rug or carpet that was folded in a box must be shipped back folded in a similar manner in a box with identical dimensions.

 

Some products have a no-exchange/no-return policy, mentioned in product description. Please make sure to read the product description before ordering an item.

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURN FEES

Customers will not pay any extra fees for exchanging or returning the item. Yet, they will have to cover the delivery cost.

 

If you received your product in a damaged condition, or if some ordered items are missing, please contact us via email on [email address] as soon as possible to report the problem. If the product is indeed in a damaged condition, or some items are missing from the product, we will cover the delivery costs. Otherwise, the customer will have to pay for the delivery cost.

HOW TO EXCHANGE/RETURN AN ITEM

 

You may submit your exchange/return request by sending an email to: contact@rummancarpets.com. Please make sure your order number is clearly stated in the email.

 

Please include the reason that best describes your reason for exchanging/return along with how you would like to ship it back to us. Your exchange/return request will be processed and you will receive all the relevant information and instructions from our team soon after.

We reserve the right to amend the above terms and conditions at any time, with or without any notice sent to the customers. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon notice to you (or if otherwise stated in the notice), which we may provide by any means including, without limitation, posting the amended terms and conditions on our Website or by sending an electronic mail to you. Your continued use of the Website after the effective date of any such modifications will be deemed acceptance of such modified terms and conditions.
